Human Management Solutions was founded in 2006 by Jodie Rowell to meet the needs of businesses that do not have a HR department but need professional HR support from time to time.

This need was identified when Jodie Rowell was working as an executive in a Global Human Resource company and identified that small to medium clients did not have the capacity or knowledge to manage the risk, compliance or HR complexities of their business.

For the last 20 years, Human Management Solutions has successfully provided services to support clients so they can get on with running their business.
