Jodie Rowell is Director and Senior HR practitioner of Human Management Solutions. Since founding the company in 2006, Jodie has provided consulting services covering the entire spectrum of Human Resources with a specialty in HR Strategy for growing businesses. Jodie has over twenty years of practical experience in Human Resources as well as holding executive positions in international corporate companies.
Jodie has diverse HR management and consulting experience. She has worked in all functional areas of HR including: Employee Relations, Employment, Labour Law compliance, Industrial Relations, Strategic Planning, Fair Work Negotiations, Workplace Investigations, Cultural Engagement, Organisational Development, Performance Management, Policy Development, HR administration and Psychometric testing.
She has developed and conducted in-house programs and seminars covering a wide range of human resources issues. In addition, to her business activities, Jodie earned a degree from the University of South Australia in Communications and Organisational Psychology and also completed a post graduate degree in Business and Human Resource Management at Curtin University.
Jodie has provided human resource consulting and recruitment services to numerous companies throughout the years and has expertise in technical and executive recruitment. Adam Kroll - OHS Specialist
Adam Kroll’s experience includes safety management of an airborne geophysical company operating 8 planes and leasing helicopters. Airborne Geophysics is an extremely high risk environment, therefore the strictest and highest safety standards are adhered to.
Other Safety Management roles include the resources sector & building and construction industry.
Assignments completed include implementation of safety management systems, quality management database and feedback implementation in regards to safety performance, creation of safety documentation, safety monitoring systems, safety investigations, root cause analysis and producing radiation management plans and registration.

Teresa Lukan - HR Administrator
Most recently Teresa has compiled HR checklists and audited employee files for company and HR legislative compliance as well as compiling and proof reading policies and procedures for Company Intranets and employee handbooks.
Teresa’s attention to detail and tenacity for compliance ensures all documentation meets HR legislation as well as being user friendly and practical so as not to create unnecessary paperwork. Teresa can also provide administration support for project work as well as proof reading services and formatting documents.
Teresa’s 20 years of experience covers administration, personal assistance, desktop publishing, auditing, temporary secretarial assignments in London, proofreading and HR administration across many industries including insurance, hospitality, printing, oil and gas, rail freight, advertising, business enterprise, real estate and computer software.
