Employee Handbook
An Employee Handbook that summaries all the essentials your employee needs to know to be successful in their role is key. The Handbook establishes the guidelines directing day-to-day contacts which will serve to minimise possible misunderstandings and potential conflicts. The Employee Handbook will clearly and simply present the organisation’s philosophy, objectives, policies, employee benefits and other aspects of the employment relationship. In addition, it will provide a convenient reference to help guide employees and management in the onboarding process.
